What is a dedicated streaming server?
A dedicated streaming server is a physical machine that works only for your broadcasts—no sharing resources with other customers, no competition for bandwidth or CPU. Every gigabyte of RAM, every processor core, and every bit of network speed is allocated to you.
Unlike shared or cloud hosting, where performance can fluctuate, a dedicated streaming server ensures your viewers always experience smooth, high-quality video. With our 10Gbps connections, your streams can reach thousands of viewers simultaneously without buffering.
Dedicated servers are especially important for:
Live events where every second counts.
Esports and gaming where low latency is critical.
TV channels and media companies that need 24/7 uptime.
On-demand libraries with large storage requirements.
Think of it as owning a private highway for your content. No matter how many cars (viewers) enter, the road remains clear and fast, keeping your broadcasts steady and reliable.

Frequently asked questions
What happens if I exceed my monthly traffic budget?
Your streams stay online. We include a safety buffer of 10–20% above your plan and will email you options immediately. Overage is $3/TB on all plans ($1/TB on Supreme). You can top up or upgrade anytime.
Do you support RTP ingest?
Yes. We can enable RTP ingest on request, typically via Wowza or an FFmpeg pass-through profile.
Do you support WebRTC for low latency?
Yes, with the Wowza addon. WebRTC ingest and low-latency workflows are supported when Wowza is enabled.
Is recording included?
Recording is available with the Wowza addon ($100/month). The default NGINX RTMP setup does not include server-side recording.
Can I stream to multiple platforms at the same time?
Yes. We support RTMP restreaming to YouTube, Facebook, Twitch and more. Multi-destination streaming uses more outbound traffic.
Can I manage everything in the control panel?
Yes. Manage channels, stream keys, endpoints, playlists, VOD, viewer stats and scheduling from the RTMP control panel.
Is it white label under my domain?
Yes. We can run under your custom domain or an anonymous domain. White-labeling is available with Wowza; player links can also use your domain on NGINX.
Which encoders are supported?
All major encoders: OBS, vMix, Wirecast, FFmpeg, Larix and common hardware encoders.
Do you provide API access or WHMCS integration?
Yes. We offer API access (panel API and Wowza REST API) and a WHMCS plugin for ordering and control.
Can I use my own video player?
Yes. Use Video.js, JW Player, Clappr, etc. We also include 3 player themes for Wowza and 1 for NGINX, with HLS (.m3u8) links and iframe embeds.
Do you back up my server and videos?
Yes. We take daily configuration backups. VOD backups are available as an optional add-on; ask us to enable it.
What are your support hours and response times?
Support is 24/7. Average response time is about 1 hour, 2 hours maximum.
